Star Wars Celebration Anaheim kicks off tomorrow and will run for four days of non-stop Star Wars awesomeness. Many people are already lining up for the J.J. Abrama/Kathleen Kennedy The Force Awakens panel line. While I won’t be partaking in that bit of fan zeal, I am in Anaheim and I have scoped the convention center out. One things for certain, this place is big.
Alas there’s not a lot to do at the convention yet, but that will change tomorrow. For now, I’m just enjoying Anaheim. I’ve taken a walk around the city, chowed down and In-and-Out Burger (which is delicious by the way, I highly recommend the animal style burger), and had to chance to say to Dave Filoni who still thinks he’s invisible without his cowboy hat.
With the weather being so nice, I’m about to head out to Disneyland and put a cap on day one. Tomorrow I’ll be posting a recap for the first day of Celebration, so be sure to check it out to get a taste of the convention experience.
